Scryberwitch, we're all workers. But I for one have never believed in waiting on the city to do anything for us, they never have before. This administration, like past administrations, only serves the rich. When I'm not wage slaving it I'm building bicycles with my free time and maybe, helping you clear a path through the city' waste. I agree that the ultimate responsibility is the city's but you could be waiting a year before they respond. And I don't think property rights are an issue especially if your preempting what the city would do through imminent domain.
